GUSTO and Food TV personality and Puerto Rican Chef, Monti Carlo join forces to co-produce Mi Cocina Criolla - a three-part virtual series with a powerhouse lineup of notable Puerto Ricans on the island and in the diaspora. This unique series brings together Boricua master chefs, culinary trailblazers and documentarians to discuss the history, tradition, impact and grand potential of Puerto Rican cuisine through their own point of views and experiences.
Host of the series, Chef Monti Carlo of Los Angeles, California leads this casual conversation with:
