Puerto Rican Indie Soul artist Calma Carmona is out here moving differently. 2021 has been one of her busiest years, despite the global situation. In just the last four months, she rocked a moody tech-soul show for the cross-collaborative virtual fest, ‘Tiny Desk meets AFROPUNK’; became the spokeswoman for Can-Am On Road’s Latin America division and their three-wheeling roadsters; released a new musical project – Microdosis EP – an Afro-Caribbean futurist beat lover’s dream. She is also exploring the NFT-friendly world of art & finance and debuted a new video at one of the leading Latino film festivals in the US.

With her newest venture as founder of CALMS – a CBD/Cannabis Wellness, Lifestyle, and Beauty brand, Carmona just took things to a new, higher level. A variety of products like ‘Calmeezy’ CBD flower pre-rolls, or the CalmaTé – a CBD high end tea line with all organic, non-GMO ingredients; and the lemongrass, coconut, and ginger aromatic whipped CBD balm – Calms Recovery – for those sore muscles – are already attracting the attention of the Beauty & Wellness industry platforms, influencers, and Carmona’s fan base is loving how she moves and flexes her entrepreneurial wings.
