Jazz & Soul music spoke to the young Cuban singer, songwriter, and composer at the young age of 15, and sang sweet melodies to her creative mind. In return, Gina D'Soto gives her all to bringing more phenomenal Jazz & Soul into the world. Now residing in New York City, she has built an impressive track record within a couple of years, having performed alongside award-winning artists like Latin Jazz pianist/composer Arturo O'Farrill, Chilean-French vocalist/rapper Ana Tijoux, and Mexican jazz drummer & 'Birdman' soundtrack composer Antonio Sanchez.

As critics & jazz fans have noted in her performances, D'Soto exudes intuitive, deep-rooted respect for her chosen genres, Jazz & Soul. And like her fellow nationals (particularly those that emerged from the late 90's-early 2000's wave of young Cuban artists & musicians including Dayme Arocena & Yasak Manzano Silva), she understands the unique responsibility that Cuban artistry in Jazz music beholds across the globe. Armed with this respect, D'Soto sets her aim high & far, redefining what the world calls "Latin Soul".
